THE PROPERTY
EROSANTORINI is designed to host up to 10 guests. Families are very welcome and children/infants can be comfortably accommodated on request basis, in the five independent suites as laid out thoughtfully on the estate’s spectacular acreage. Each suite enjoys its own private and semi-private space for outdoor living in every season, with dramatic floating fireplaces, heated plunge pool, outdoor Jacuzzis, radiant heated floors, and magnificent views throughout.

The Estate’s five private suites are thoughtfully laid out for optimal communal living and feature glorious views from all vantage points, both inside and out. Flexible living spaces are easily transformed into common areas, allowing for the optimum enjoyment of the property, depending on each group’s needs.
Three suites feature varied one-bedroom layouts, with easy open floor plans and gracious indoor and outdoor living areas that are easily adapted according to guests’ specific needs. A separate two-bedroom bungalow, adjacent to the Estate’s spa facility, offers even more flexibility.

DESIGN
Acclaimed international interior designer Paola Navone has brought her sophisticated Aegean aesthetics, using a color palette based on whites and dark grays splashed with colors reflecting the sea and the blooming landscape, inviting the warmth and serenity of the outdoors into each room. Walls are inlaid with local stone, in irresistibly rustic contrast to luxurious fabrics by Rubelli of Venice and bath fixtures by Stella of Italy.
GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE
At a solid 13-foot communal table in front of the outdoor kitchen, guests enjoy their meals “en famille” and taste the best of local cuisine—crafted by our dedicated Executive Chef. Chef creates menus each day based on his guests’ personal tastes and cravings, showcasing the finest ingredients the island and the country has to offer: seafood (catch of the day), delicacies from the market and organic produce from the estate’s own kitchen garden and olive, lemon, fig, and pistachio groves. An in-house sommelier will help you select the perfect wine from the estate’s cellar to accompany every meal, while an exceptional bartender will prepare among many traditional and twisted summertime favorites, our signature EROSANTORINI cocktail.
Guests who want an escape-within-the-Estate have also the option of a romantic candlelight dinner on the cliff, to take in the stunning sunset views and warm evening breezes.
